Customer returns from high-end department store. These do not ship to us in the boxes so they may have slight scratches or dings in the suede. All are in good condition, just not flawless from the box condition. The picture shown is the worst spot found on any of the boots. There is some slight discoloration in the suede. If you can live with that, these are an affordable way to get an amazing, high-quality pair of boots!
